World Snooker Tour Partners with PowerGlide to Launch New Professional Cue Range

World Snooker Tour (WST) has announced a new partnership with iconic cue brand PowerGlide, bringing professional-quality equipment and enhanced fan experiences to players and supporters around the world.
Launching alongside the Halo World Championship, the collaboration introduces a new range of premium ash cues inspired by the demands of the modern professional game.

A Partnership Built on Heritage and Performance

PowerGlide has long been associated with excellence in snooker, most notably as the cue brand used by Stephen Hendry during his record-breaking seven World Championship victories.
This new partnership combines that heritage with WST’s global platform, creating opportunities to elevate both elite performance and grassroots participation in the sport.

New Range of Professional Ash Cues

At the heart of the partnership is PowerGlide’s latest collection of professional ash cues, crafted from high-grade materials and designed for precision, feel, and consistency.
Inspired by the World Snooker Tour, the cues blend traditional craftsmanship with modern performance—giving players at all levels the confidence to perform under pressure.

Enhancing the Fan Experience and Growing the Game

PowerGlide will also support fan engagement at WST events by supplying cues for CueZones, helping more people experience the sport first-hand.
Beyond events, the brand will contribute to WPBSA community programmes aimed at developing talent and growing snooker at grassroots level—supporting players from their first break through to competitive play.
